
*Mango Panna Cotta shown
Ingredients:
A. sugar 50g
milk 450g
cream 250g
B. gelatin 7g (1 pouch)
milk 50g
C. (optional vanilla extract: 3~4 few drops)
1. Mix B and let it stand on the side for 15 minutes
2. Mix milk and sugar from A in a bowl, heat up until the sugar dissolves completely but before it boils, then mix in cream
3. Add in gelatin mix from step 1, stir until gelatin completely dissolves in milk mixture
4. Let the mixture cool; stir the mixture ~every 5 minutes so it doesn't solidify
5. Optional: add in a few drops of vanilla extra for fragrance
6. Pour into individual cups and refrigerate overnight
Recommend serving with jam or pureed fruit for flavor
