In honor of the new tart mold that I just bought last time I visited Daiso (place of evil, danger for your wallet), I made a fruit tarte and small tartletts to bring into work. Detailed step has been done previously for 水果塔, just fit it for a bigger sized tart.
Since this is a bigger tarte, whipped cream all the way might be a little bit too heavy, so I tried out a custard with milk no cream.

水果塔布丁餡
牛奶 200g
細砂糖 30g
低筋麵粉 25g
玉米粉 10g
蛋黃 4個
香草精 少許
奶油 15g
1.牛奶,細砂糖,粉纇拌均後加熱至有細小泡泡。
2.蛋液與香草精拌均後,邊打邊慢慢加進熱牛奶液。
3.布丁液加熱至凝膠狀濃稠後熄火,要不斷攪拌以防焦底。
4.煮好的布丁餡以保鮮膜覆蓋布丁表面,冷藏備用。

塔皮上均勻鋪上布丁餡,整齊的排列水果,還可以刷一層吉利丁液給水果光澤。
醬就完成了!
